Early Recordings (1996), Righteous Love (2000), How Sweet It Is (2002), One of Us (2005), Christmas Means Love (2005), Pretty Little Stranger (2006) and Breakfast in Bed (2007) have been well-received and critiqued by Osborne's fans and have cemented her status as an alternative rock musician following the amazing success of her original single. Although it might appear to many that she has faded from the spotlight, and indeed she has in relation to her first record, Joan Osborne has continued a lucrative music career that was kicked off with one song that all of us remember and love.nnOsborne is a very soulful singer, and she puts a great deal of emotion into her songs when she sings about love, life and spirituality.
