Soulja Boy Tell 'Em, the stage name of DeAndre Way, is one of the most successful young hip-hop artists of the decade, having been nominated for a Grammy before the age of 18. He rose to fame on the internet, launching the hit "Crank That (Soulja Boy)" for free on his MySpace and YouTube in 2007.
