Formed in the late 1960s in the Colorado area, this band's style of rock and roll was often compared to other artists at the time, including Jefferson Airplane and The Grateful Dead. Working its way up from bar circuits, the group toured throughout the Washington state and Pacific Coast, creating a loyal following and buzz. Touring and recording ensued from 1969 to 1974, but by then, the band was no longer together. In 2002, Gear Fab records released The Lost Warthog Sessions, a collection of 20 songs that the group recorded between 1969 and 1970 but never officially released. ~ Jason MacNeil, All Music Guide
